Now the company has even more to offer to product innovators. The company will showcase its expanded research and development capabilities and its new MetaBrand Center for Co-creation lab at Natural Products Expo East in Baltimore this September 26-28 (Booth #4627).
As part of MetaBrand’s newly expanded resources, the company has welcomed six new management team members: Jason Mitchell, N.D. (Director of Science & Nutrition), Debbie Wildrick (Director of Beverage & Snacks), Elizabeth Parrillo (Brand Manager) and Esther Luongo Psarakis (Director of Food Advisory, Lisa Dahl (Regulatory Coordinator) and Tulsi Patel (Product Development Technologist).
Each new team member brings a breadth of knowledge to MetaBrand, with past executive experience at companies like Whole Foods Market, Country Life Vitamins, 7-Eleven and Tropicana North America. They will all be on hand at Expo East to showcase MetaBrand’s capabilities and meet with prospective clients.
Founded in 2012 by industry veteran Eric Schnell, MetaBrand has contributed to the growth of more than two dozen dynamic natural product brands to date. The ‘concept-to-market’ solutions provider works with dynamic brands such as Runa Tea and Jin Ja, both winners of the prestigious Sofi Gold Awards at the 2013 Summer Fancy Food Show.
“Our success in co-creating incredible natural brands has afforded us to expand our capabilities,” says Schnell. “We look forward to providing an innovative experience for our client partners with the launch of our state-of-the-art formulation lab and the retail strategy support of our newest team members.”
Also at Expo East, MetaBrand will formally unveil the complete re-branding of I AM enlightened creations, another project founded by Schnell. The enlightened lifestyle brand will debut updated packaging for its liquid nutritional supplement line, as well as two new line extensions – herbal mists and flower elixirs.
