WASHINGTON, D.C. — Devicemakers should have a clearer picture of Japan’s regulatory landscape when proposed changes to the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law reach Parliament at the end of the year, Nobuo Uemura, director of the Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices Agency’s Office of Medical Devices III, told attendees at AdvaMed 2013.
